Maybe I just have a hard time "getting it"! :confused013
But this thing (https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/phoneslinger-smartphone-photography-bags#/), just seems like a waste of resources!
(obviously just my opinion, and yours may be different)
idea of smartphone for use as a dedicated camera is that it's about as ultra portable as it gets, basically always with you(if you're that way inclined).
But then the above product(s) make it far from ultraportable, and more of a ILC camera system.
So what these guys are trying to sell is a method to make your ultraportable camera( the smartphone) into a large bulky non portable system, much larger than say a m4/3rds setup which could be a simple as a small body and single superzoom focal length lens.
I'm curious if it's just me going mad trying to figure out the reasoning behind such a system .... as opposed to just doing it what I think would be the more common sense way of having your smartphone in your pocket and having m4/3rds camera + 12-100 zoom lens.
