Looks like a great site, can't wait to get involved and get some feedback on some of my beginner pic's. Mostly interested in portraits and street photography. Just got a speedlight and interested in learning more advanced lighting.

It works best if you get a bit involved and that doesn't mean just posting your photos for CC.
You can learn plenty by commenting on others photos. "I like this because ..... ?" "I'm interested in why you did .... ."
