Just got the dreaded MIA note from Rick and thought I''d better post something before I get the chop.

I've been a bit off colour for the past few months with hardly enough energy to get out of bed. However a good team of doctors seem to have me on the
mend so hopefully I'll get my energy and then my mojo back, sooner rather than later.
