As the original Windows 10 - anybody? (http://www.ausphotography.net.au/forum/showthread.php?140953-MS-Windows-10-anybody&highlight=win) thread was getting strung out, I've started this one for continuing issues.

Well, today's issue arose from the latest update, Version 1803, where they removed the HomeGroup feature from Windows.

Thanks for the heads up Am - I noticed that several programs will now no longer launch unless I "Troubleshoot compatibility" and modify the privilege. These include MS Office 365....:rolleyes:

Typically useless MS programming.

A replay of when they "hid" the ability to use UNC filenames in Windows 7 & 8. One has to winkle out where they hid the Add Network Place in order to fix it ...

MS does some of the best programming in the world - and some of the worst.
Bit like Adobe in that respect ...
