If you miss the humour in this, you probably didn't see the photos that went viral.

Now with work like that you could make a fortune across the mid-west ;-)

I think creepiness just outweighs the humour here, lol. Very creepy...

Hmmm ... perhaps a little overdone on the foundation creme. Could use a dash of blusher and a little eye-liner for better definition and that desirable glamourous look.
Your poor daughter - you'll probably bring this out on her 18th. Amusing to see in the family photos how the two dogs looked quite normal.

Hehe. But I still think the viral thing was a setup. I just do not believe any photographer, even a beginner would do what was supposedly done to those photos.

LOL
Edit: The photographer is probably related to the person who did this famous restoration work: http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-19349921
Even a tutorial is available now.

In that article, I noticed an interesting comment from Magdiel

The plot thickens...
I still think the viral thing was a setup.
So do I .... you'd have to be even dumber than Trump to submit the original as a genuine attempt!

Am I being daft or just incredibly logical? ;) I don’t see any way this story could be seen to be believable.
