So our neighbour has put in a development application for an idiot size shed. The shed wouldn't even fit into your birds eye.
We love our sun room in winter and potentially the shed would be 17 meters from said sun room.
So here is the proposed shed that makes your neighbours Car Port look tame.

Looks like your neighbour is planning a transport terminal, or is it to be lockup storage?
Glad to see that all the verticals are truly thus. I thought that you may have simulated the proposed construction by combining two images. But no, you would have matched the sheeting and ventilator colours better. The contrail parallel to te roof is interesting.
I recon this is excessive for a residential zone, and smacks of a hidden agenda. I wish you well with your objections.
