Hi everyone, I came across this photography website on Facebook and I have been thoroughly enjoying all of their posts on my newsfeed. They have some really useful tips on basics for beginners through to more advanced topics and pointers in editing your photos. So I thought it best to share and maybe you can get something out of it too!

Well, every one might have different needs.
As long as you get the photo you need. Also, it could be fun as well.

Interesting. When I started reading I decided to google some of the topics, and basically they have cut-n-paste stories and articles from other sites to create their 'news'. Even stuff like what is ISO, Aperture etc is simply a cut n paste from other sites.
At least in most cases they appear to acknowledge the real author.
For me, the site is just someone gathering what others have posted, reposting them on their own site, and splattering them with 'free ebooks' for which you have to give them your email. I am suss that it is just another email harvesting site to get you sent more spam
Maybe I am a bit jaded, but I reckon there are much better sites out there that can guide you through your photography. Places like http://strobist.blogspot.com.au/ where they offer guided tutorials on flash photography, rather than a conglomerate of linked articles just found on the net.

Oh that's a shame! I just have them on Facebook so I can read their posts without having to sign up for anything. So I find it useful in that way. Thanks for the added resource though, I'll have to check it out :)

I agree with Rick about this site. I did actually sign up for the free tutorials/articles which ended up being very basic and sure enough I have been bombarded with emails advertising their tutorials and other paraphernalia for sale. Luckily I didn't use my main email address. I have an email address that I use for any site that I may want to download a freebie from knowing that they will probably send me other offers.
