Just joined, thought I'd say hi!
I'm relatively new to the world of photography. Have used an old Exakta 35mm camera before but have recently bought a Nikon DSLR. I have a love for vintage glass, so I'm using the Nikon with old Zeiss & Steinheil lenses but as I'm finding out, there's so much to learn with DSLR's.

Welcome to AP.. If you are new to photography there is plenty to learn here, have a read of the New to Photography Book (http://www.ausphotography.net.au/forum/showlibrary.php?title=Indexes:New_To_Photography_Book)
Post some images on the Forums for cc, that's a great way to learn. and have a go at commenting at other Members posts also.
Lots of Competitions to enter and there is always The Weekly Challenge (http://www.ausphotography.net.au/forum/forumdisplay.php?193-Member-Challenges-52-2016) something different every week.
