My Brush Tool jumps to unwanted areas

When I use the Brush tool in PS CC 2015 it jumps to different areas and changes size. I tried resetting the Brush tools and then resetting all tools to default settings. Any ideas? Otherwise I might need to uninstall and reinstall.
