I noticed a movement in the dark and I snapped this shot. It was not until I played with it on my computer that I saw the shape. The book gives me several options from, Hooded Robin, to Restless Flycatcher, and others. It was flying loops through the fence after insects.

Looks like a Grey Fantail to me, Grumps...great time wasters as they flit about feeding :D

Gazza .... You are correct with the flitting. Even when it came out into the light a little after insects, I could not see what it was.

My book has a Grey Fantail in it, but the sketch is more on the brown side.
The Grey Fantail on the link above in also brown, but it has a blacker version also
There's plenty around, but I've only come across them a few times, and they've always been in the shade.
Here's a quick link :url: (https://www.google.com.au/search?q=grey+fantail+images&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiC19226OzMAhWiOKYKHQzzCMQQ_AUIBygB&biw=1920&bih=955)
Gazza is right with the ID.
The markings around the head are quite distinct as this shows,
