Hi!

I am new to the world of cameras, lenses and photography.

Hope to learn many new things here.

I've never owned a DSLR camera but hopefully can choose the correct one with some help and tips!

My main subject focus will be of primary school children playing sports indoors (e.g. school gym in the afternoon and evening) for the purposes of beautiful photos for website use and facebook.

You might be new ... but you're streets ahead of me. I'd get arrested if I tried that!:lol:

Good luck with all that, but make sure their parents know before posting on the web!

Certainly. I will let the parents know for sure.
Although, the students we'll photograph are members of our sporting group so it shouldn't be too much of an issue.
But I'll probably do a quick search about any legal concerns in this area before I take my camera out in the field.
