This is an invitation to any and all in the Brisbane area who have an interest in conservation to come and support this event.
The Tarkine in Motion Project is a Bob Brown Foundation Project. This year more than 150 people were involved, photographers, painters, textile artists, musicians, writers, you name it - all contributing their creative energy to raise awareness of the Tarkine Wilderness area and the BBF move to have this area protected.
60% of all sales will go directly to the Bob Brown foundation to help fund this campaign. The rest goes to cover gallery costs plus a small royalty to each photographer.
I do not have an idea of the image prices yet, but for this exhibit all prints will be A3 with other reprints available. I think other sizes will be offered but this is a small gallery and there will be a limited number of works on display.
There are a lot of gifted people donating their time and art to this.
