Welcome back, Hope it went well and with some physio you are back to chasing bugs in the yard, birds in the park and climbing sand-dunes at dawn or dusk real soon.

All is well so far, I did not know pain levels went that high. Still have weeks before I get back outside, may used the time to experiment.
Hope your recovery goes well. Time to learn to love still life maybe.
Make sure to do all the stuff the physios tell you to do. My old man didn't and never quite recovered.
Short term pain, long term gain.:th3:
All the best.
Don't be impatient with recovery time - ( like someone I know:o ) - it's worth the wait.:nod:

Hitch-hiking should be easier now:nod::D
Doesn't look too bad now Grump.
Now get on the Mobicosa capsules before your other knee follows suit.
