Perth people: any tips for North Cottesloe and low tides

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a better time in the year to see the reef at North Cottesloe Beach? I went there a couple of weeks ago but there were only a few rocks popping out of the water (I got there a 7 am though and low tide started around 4.30am). Is Winter better or should I get there when the tide is at its lowest?
Any tips? :)

Hi Celine.
Your right, the best time is on a low tide. Check the net for tides, but I know there is a low tide down our way early Friday morning..
