A Question about Filters.

Any filters worth getting to leave on all the time? Is a polarised filter worth the ten bucks?

Not really, given the reason in Rick's post here (http://www.ausphotography.net.au/forum/showthread.php?143969-New-Member-Intro&p=1333889#post1333889). A $10 filter even more so.
And you would not leave a polariser on "all the time" as you'd get lots of unwanted effects.
For digital cameras you need a circular polarising filter (often just CPL), which I think are
usually more than $10.
