Well it's been a very long time since I have posted ....Partly as a result of getting banged up a while ago resulting in a stay at the Intensive care unit....Back glad to be alive.

Thank you Mary Anne and Rick ...too many injuries to list , sadly spinal damage is permanent.but I am alive and can at least walk.
