Sporting a Canon 60D and looking forward to add my snaps here and getting some helpful comments and tips.

Sounds like a plan blooswift.
Don't be afraid to make comments on others photos (actually can help you with your own photography) and generally get involved. 'tis what makes forums work.:th3:
