Hey Guys,

After my tenure as prime minister, (kidding), I'm looking at moving into photography as a serious hobby. I have previously owned a Canon 7D and a couple of lenses (70-200 f4l, 50mm 1.8) so nothing too major. I would like to take my photography to a new level, and be able to understand and capture images that I can be proud of.

I'm looking at purchasing either a 7D again, or a 6D.

Will probably be primarily for landscapes, seascapes, street, and general people photos lol

I used to tinker with a facebook page with my photos on there, but put it on ice a couple of years ago due to work committments.

( https://www.facebook.com/CC.S.hotography ) - for critiquing lol

It's time to pick back up the camera and learn all over again :)

So I suppose you're not much interest in pictures of kids?;)
And it's a pity your not an exPM as this place would be better for it.
Am I serious or looking for a creative headline?:)

Welcome anyway. If you get a bit involved you'll find you'll learn faster. Don't be afraid to ask questions and make comments.
You may know a bunch of this but it's worth working through ..... http://www.ausphotography.net.au/forum/showlibrary.php?title=Indexes:New_To_Photography_Book

So now I'm heading to the back rooms to plot the knife in the back of this Shorten bloke so we have a chance to get rid of this Abbott bloke.
Where did Tania go?;)
