Hello to Everyone

Hi my name is Mick I'm defiantly a novice,but very willing to learn my past photographic experience was back in the 70's with an Olympus om1 then family and a mortgage takes precedence now the kids are older and the mortgage is less(not gone just less). My preferred type of photography i would say would be landscape,nature and in the future maybe a bit of surf photography. I like to get out on the weekends and take a few shoots either around home or go out into the bush nearby, i try to read up on the technical side of things during the week and try to put it into practice on the weekend. Hopefully I'll be able to take a photograph worthy of submitting in the future
My gear consists of a Canon eos 70d with a Sigma 17-50mm f2.8 EX DC OS HSM lens Kenko MC protector and a Dolica GX600B200 Tripod
