Hi All, so I'm obviously a new member here and i joined because i'm mainly interested in astrophotography and night time photography... I'm quite young and as such don't have that much equipment but i make do with what i have (a tripod, dslr and wide angle lens) . If anyone has any suggestions as to good places for astrophotography near sydney or any tips about it that would be helpful.

Don't be afraid to start threads asking about gear. Not many members look at these intro threads. Also don't be afraid to make comments and ask questions about how they got those astro photos.
