Hi,
I am a recently graduated landscape designer practicing in Sydney. I have bought a camera (Canon Kiss X5/600D with twin lens kit) in order to document my work and create content for my portfolio and website.
I also enjoy outdoor things like mountain biking, rock climbing and bush walking, where I also take a few shots.
This all means I am mainly looking to learn about landscape and outdoor photography, although open to other tangents!
I have been shooting for a few months now I and am self taught from books and the internet. I am starting to feel comfortable with the settings and functions of my camera and ready to explore post (photoshop etc.) and expand my technical knowledge (both in camera and post) and get a bit more gear if need be. At the moment a tripod is on top of the list.
Would love to hear from anyone else with a specialisation in garden photography or similar, particularly in the Sydney area.
Dan
