my name is bec and I have recently taken up photography as a bit of a hobby, hoping to turn it into something more.
I am currently using a canon 600D. I take a lot of photos of flowers and still life.

Don't be afraid to get involved. Plenty of helpfully people here.
Ask questions and make comments on others photos isn't a bad way to learn. "Like your photo because ......" "Wouldn't mind knowing how you did that?" This helps us all learn.
