Hello there,

I am not new to photography but I just discovered this site last night. I am Antony, a hobby photographer.
Unfortunately I am not a Canon or Nikon user, but the underdog brand… Sony.
(Actually, I bought a Canon EOS 70D not long ago just for the sack of it (that's another story), my main cameras are Sony.)

Hello Antony and Welcome to AP. Nothing wrong with Sony cameras or any other brand as long as they do the job that's all that matters.

Nothing wrong with Sony (or any other brand), but people still expect a Canon or Nikon answer when asked which camera I use.

Then those people obviously think what brand of camera you have determines how good your photos are...and thus they have no idea about photography.:D
