A happy ending

No, this post isn't about a massage.

I'm sure a lot of the people would have seen the story about Gary Fong helping a guy who was sued by a lawyer for $300K.

I'm not sure whether everyone saw that the result was favourable for the photographer and he had a happy ending.

thanks MissionMan. A very interesting and just story.

In 30 years of Mongo's association with the law, he has never seen anything even vaguely approaching the thoughtlessness that went into that letter. Mongo could say a lot more about it but he thinks it more than sufficiently speaks for itself and the outcomes not at all surprising.

I'm glad that BOOFHead got some come-uppance. To BOOT, he should get a severe spanking with a plank. (Other just desserts come to mind,
but no doubt to others too.)

A very interesting read, Thanks for posting that. How easy it is for someone like that to try and scare the pants off someone they know has poor knowledge of the law and in this case the language. What made the whole thing reprehensible was that the images were apparently( I did not try and look at any) very good.
