Hello from another newbie :)

Hi! My name is Liz and I am from Perth WA. I have just bought my first dslr camera. I am an amatuer at photography and need to learn the basics.
At this stage I am interested in taking photos of my family (every day pics and special occasions) and nature.
I would like to eventually venture out and learn different types of photography but will do so when i am more experienced with my camera.
