Time to get back into it!

Hi AP,

I've been very busy in other parts of my life recently but it's now time to get back into photography seriously so I am looking forward to again participating in this great community as well as hopefully getting out to meet some others in the SEQ area for photographic outings. I really enjoyed the various outings I attended in the past that were organized through AP.

I've bought a new camera recently and a new lens and flash for it so time to create some enjoyable images!

Hi Mary Anne,

thanks for the message. I bought a Nikon D600 with the 24-85 VR lens and the SB-700 flash. My two older Nikon flashes didn't work as easily with the D600 so that drove the decision. Loving the images I am getting out of the new kit...

it's nice to be back. Keen as mustard to be moving forward again with my photography. Life has been a little "busy" lately so good to have some bandwidth again (and a very supportive wife!) :D
