Hello,
My name is Ashley. I am living in Adelaide and am very much a beginner.
I have been learning with a Nikon D5000, my first SLR camera. I really enjoy taking landscapes and photos with different textures. I am very interested in macro photography. I have never tried editing, i have so much to learn!

I enjoy Macro as well . Make use of the Beginner's CC forum while you can. Get involved and enter the competitions (http://www.ausphotography.net.au/forum/apcompetition.php) ( if you like competitions (http://www.ausphotography.net.au/forum/apcompetition.php)) , and try the members challenge each week . These all give you a way to keep motivated and focus your learning.

Their is a wealth of experience and information here on the site.
