Found a new location in Adelaide

Found a new location for doing photo shoots, it a rustic old warehouse that has been graffitied all over inside! I can see so much potential in the location but unsure how to use it any advice?

Its in Port Adelaide near the railway line!

Is there anyone eho could give me dome ideas?
