Some people would have trouble sequencing this, yet a bird can do it!!

Yes, impressive. I have to think the bird must have been trained in the various stages though. How would it know that longer stick was available that way?
Also remember, if you are ever called a birdbrain, it's a compliment.:)

Thanks Lance I really enjoyed that! Amazing ... even if the bird was trained to use each different stage putting together that sequence is awe inspiring!

Amazing seems almost too weak a word. I'm not even sure I would have thought to do what it did.:o

I very rarely look at these but that was very worthwhile.
Cheers

Amazing no matter how it was done ! There are humans up to certain ages that are not capable of doing this.

Mongo still cannot do it. On his last try he pocked himself in the eye with the long stick, swallowed two of the stones and got the other one stuck up his nose like a two year old...:D

^ and there's still a good chance you got to eat the crow also.:)

Amazing! Crows are really smart birds! They spend a lot of their career picking over road kill but has anyone ever seen a crow hit by a car?

Yep. Crows seem to be quite intelligent. When we lived in Noosa we used to watch them eat dead Cane Toads. They seemed to know that the live ones would kill them, but it was OK top eat the dead ones!

Truly mind-blowing. I'm quite sure that crow is smarter than I am.
Thanks, Lance.

Trouble is though, crows can be pests when they want to borrow your power tools all the time.
