Hi been busy for awhile have a 400 d that's been gathering dust looking at getting a 7d so I can get back into the hobby and use this site for guidance

Hello and Welcome to AP. I believe the 7D is a great camera so will look forward to seeing what you post on the Forums when you get it.
Though nothing wrong with a 400D either and its great to have that second body, so post away and comment on other Members photos.

Thanks both my brother in law and my sister have the 7D and love them I like the 5D just a bit out of the price range
I will post up photos once I get it and have some pics of decent quality.

Don't worry about the decent quality bit.
Post as you learn and some here may help you get to decent quality faster.;)
Also, what you think is not decent quality, may appear to others as good quality. And you'd never know.:)
