Am considering the Sigma 50mm -150mm f/2.8 and looking for any feed back, photozone seems to give it a good wrap

Sorry! I don't have it either:(
What's your main use for the lens? The range seems to be covered in your other lenses.

Thank you AM. I was looking at using it one days out with the family or short days out. I know my other lenses cover the range but sometimes I don't want to carry the 120-400 around plus a backpack with the rest of the gear and 120 is in sometimes that little bit to long at the short end plus at f/2.8 it looks like it could be quite a versatile lens in that regard.

It is still a bigger lens but at 415gms lighter than the 120-400 it would be a bit more comfortable. I did do a walk around the streets the other day for about four hours loaded while waiting for my car to be fixed and apart from my legs not used to that it wasn't to bad but would want to make it a regular habit. I am also looking at the AF-S 85mm f/1.4 for some indoor situations but not sure about it as a general use prime in this situation.
