photo locations around Hervey Bay

Hi all, heading up to Hervey Bay for the first time next week for few days was wondering if anyone could suggest good locations to shoot, did see the jetty while scouting google earth

The Urangan Pier which you've already mentioned and just a little further (within walking distance) south is the marina. Point Vernon which is at the northern end provides sunsets over water shots. Fraser Island is definitely worth a trip, even for a day, if you have the time.
