Hey everyone,

Just wanted to say hi and get more involved in this site.
I have browsed it for some time now but have not contributed. Think it is time to start posting some threads.
I am a novice but do understand most of the fundamentals of photography and using an DSLR.
I am wanting to expand my abilities and try to get some nice results from my camera.
I have a Canon 500D with the factory twin lens kit and a 50mm f1.8 prime lens so I think I have most of the basic bases covered.
