Evening all

Relative beginner here. Have had a Nikon D50 for a number of years and recently moved up to a D7100 (daughter now has the D50 and is keen to learn, as am I). Between family and work I can really only get enough time behind the camera to classify myself as a hobbyist at best. Hoping that this site can give me creative ideas, helpful hints and technical insights too.

Hello and Welcome to AP.. You will get plenty of help here post some photos on the forums for cc that's a good way to start.
