I broke my favourite monochrome action - Can anyone help me fix it please????

Dear AP Land,

Help required please!! I don't know what I have done, but I have broken my favourite monochrome action somehow!! There is a little arrow thing next to the B&W Conversion layer and I don't know how it got there or how to make it go away. Is anyone able to help me please???

SOLVED IT!!!! Release Clipping Mask!!! Thank goodness!! I was really getting stressed there!!
