Hi everyone,
I'm a UK based graphic designer/photographer who is obsessed with photography.
I've shot everything from bands at festivals such as Glastonbury to corporate shoots, industrial photography, editorial work etc.
I believe that you should never stop learning, the minute you do, then you've lost it. It keeps photography interesting if you're trying to push yourself and equipment. Look at as many images as you can – you should never underestimate the power of research.
I also believe you don't have to have the latest kit, you don't even need a DSLR to take awesome pics. I recently saw a video with Zack Arias who shot some incredible street portraits using a really old cheap point and shoot and one speedlight.
I have a small family - a lovely wife, a 7month old son, and a daughter who is two and a half, which provide great subjects.
Cheers
Matt
