I don't think this has been mentioned before but Adobe have launched a new section called Adobe TV. If it has been mentioned I'm sorry but I couldn't find it.
It is full of hints and tips and tutorials on all of the Adobe products and I have just spent a couple of hours looking at some of the photographers tutorials and have picked up a few hints for both CS3 and Lightroom.
It won't be for everybody and I guess you would need fast internet connection to run the videos but they are definitely worth a look.
If you do venture there and take a look ignore the intro screen as it is dead slow and you may wonder what is happening as it looks dark and is slow running but be patient as it then opens up into the main screen. You can then choose what you want to look at. Don't know why they have the intro screen, a waste in my opinion.
