Hi all,
I am looking at getting a ND filter and possibly a polarizing filter for my Pentax K20D.
I have a Tamron AF18-200mm F/3.5-6.3 XR Di II A14 (http://www.tamron.com.au/di-ii18-200_a14.html) lens which is what came with the camera.
the specs only give the size for Nikon mount not the Pentax one.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

look inside the lens cap, it should have the filter size printed in there. It will be like 72mm / 68mm etc

It will almost certainly be the same size as the Canon, Nikon or Sony versions.
It would be rather unusual for the filter size to differ between them, the mounting ( camera ) end is where the big differences are but to be totally sure a quick email to Maxwells who are the importers should get a definitive response.

My advice is to get the biggest filter you can and get stepping rings to go back to your lens size.

That way if/when you get new lenses, your existing filters will fit.

This page http://www.tamron.com.au/di-ii18-200_a14.html gives the filter Dia as 62mm

Hope that now we have helped you, you can return the favour and give some other members photos a critique or two?

Mongo agrees with Greg but would only go one size larger with a step down ring rather than the biggest you can get. Either way, it is a good idea to get a slightly larger one
