Afternoon all,
My name is Brett, i picked up my first camera in October 2012 which was a Canon 550d Twin lens kit.
I have loved Photography for years but never had the money to buy a camera, but finally took the plunge and probably the best investment I've made in a very long time.
In the last month or 2 months i have been on so many forums, watched video and i have finally moved off the Auto modes, now using Aperture Mode half confidently.
The main reason i joined here if to gain a direction with photography and to better my skills, playing around on the camera myself i probably wont learn too much or wont learn as fast. (thanks Anthony Moores).
Anyway thanks for having me, i will post a lot of pictures in the near future ( i don't have a specific "genre" of photos i like to take yet, do i need one?).
