Hello everyone. I'm a new member here, just joined today. Basically, I am looking to buy a new camera for travel and general use purposes (probably a DSLR), and found this site during my research. It seems like I've come to the right place - there is almost too much info here for me to take in!.

I'll also be asking some questions about the point & shoot shock & water proof cameras.

Anyhow, I'm sure I'll have lots of questions in the coming days, ones I'm certain you've all answered many times before!!
