Hello everyone.
well this is my first post here and I am dutifully offering my introduction :) I found this page through a fb page I follow and the author of the page was advocating this site so I'm looking forward to being part of an active photography community. Especially an Australian one.
My name is Jess. I am a wife and mother of 1 almost 7 year old boy (and a very active puppy dog). I live in South Australia in a small town called Mt compass.
I have always had an interest in photography, dabbling in darkrooms and film SLR's back in high school, but it wasn't until I got my 1st digital SLR (nikon d3100) 6 months ago that this slight interest has become a full blown obsession ;)
I now shoot with a nikon d7000 and enjoy most photography genres, I take what I can ;)
Looking forward to meeting and interacting with many of you. :)
