Newb from Melbourne

G'day all at AP my name is Paul I'm from Melbourne Sth east I've just purchased a canon 600d single lens kit which arrives tommorow Monday I've used basic cameras last one is a Konica Minolta dimage z20 and iPhone lol but this is my first dslr which in the past week I've watched too many YouTube vids on the basics of what I have just purchased I'm already and have always been fascinated with all different photos and the way they have been captured now after watching some basic vids I'm starting to understand the talent and skills people have acquired to capture these moments which I'm getting very excited to learn and play I love advice and criticism thanks for your time

Welcome to AP Paul. It is exciting when you get your first DSLR. I tend to take them to bed with me and read the manual and play with the settings etc.:rolleyes:

Pull up a chair, join in, ask any questions that you cannot find answers to. See you on the forums
