Greetings all, I just joined this website today, in the hope of learning, exchanging and developing my knowledge in photography. I am a keen photographer, taking photos of my kids at sport and school events, family portraits and landscape when travelling.
I possess a Canon 40D which died last weekend. It died previously when I was touring Serengeti, nearly 2 years ago. When I returned, Canon replaced the shutter (under extended warranty). The same error message appears when I click and no photos can be taken. Uncertain if its worth getting repaired.
Considering new camera - 7D or 5D Mk iii. Any ideas will be welcome.
