Staying active is easy and fun, just post an image for CC once a fortnight and
post 2 or 3 CC comments to other images in the same fortnight.

The inactive cycle reduces each time. The only way to keep access is to remain active. If you don't, ultimately you will have to post every day to keep your access. More details HERE (http://www.ausphotography.net.au/forum/showlibrary.php?title=How_Do_I:Restore_my_access_from_inactive_status)

So really it is up to you, join in by posting and you a rewarded with access to the site, be lazy and lose access.

I think it is silly to expect people to post regularly in order to keep their membership. Every other forum I am a member of is happy for you to drop in and out as you please.

How many of those forums give out $000's in prizes each year? AP is setup to reward active site members. At present we have competitions running with several hundred $ value in prizes.
