Hi Everyone,

My name is Andrew, I'm 23 and from Brisbane. I having been playing with cameras for 3 years now. Before I started with still imagery, I had a significant involvement with video throughout school, which certainly helped me ease into photography as many of the skills are transferable (like composition).

I enjoy bird/wildlife and landscape photography. I don't mind trying a bit of portraiture here and there but haven't been too pleased with my results to date.

Mary Anne, I came across a thread that you posted of an azure kingfisher at Eagleby Wetlands. Thats one of my favourite areas to take photos. Haven't seen many azure kingfishers there before. I do se quite a few forest kingfishers though.

It was not the best as far as images go Andrew though a first for me, such a shame it was so far away.
I will be going again so will keep a look out for the other Kingfishers and Thanks :th3:
