Hello AP forum members

Im looking forward to taking a look around this fine looking forum and hoping to use your work and knowledge to help expand mine.
My favourite forms of photography are motorsport related, old historical buildings and generally anything else that looks good when uploaded to my pc.;)
My kit is the 550d with both kit lenses, Canon 50mm 1.8 which is so much fun to use and soon to add the tamron 18-270mm as a walk around.
Im not a huge fan of over the top post processing but hey....thats just me.:D

Hi Peter - welcome to the forum!

I haven't been a member for long and I've found the group here very friendly and willing to give advice and the CC here is done in an encouraging manner, which is great!

I too have the 550D and the kit lenses. I have the Nifty Fifty too, which I didn't know about until I joined here, and it hasn't been off my camera much since I got it. Its my favourite so far. I want the 17-55mm.
