New lenses

I have recently undergone cataract surgery on both eyes and am adjusting to seeing through new lenses.
Has anyone else who has had this done noticed any impact on their photography?

does the diopter help at all or vision still cloudy?

I don't know yet, Mowgli.
I've been avoiding looking at bright light sources such as computer monitor screens and my home cinema screen.
I haven't even tried using a camera yet either and I'm not allowed to drive for another week.
Basically, I've been just doing simple tasks in non-glary environments while my eyes and brain readjust.
I anticipate getting back into photography fairly soon and I suspect I'll be trying out the diopter adjustment as you mentioned.
