Gday!

Looks like a great ste; I've had a bit of a browse before but just picked up my first DSLR today so here I am!

I was getting into photography with a 35mm slr about 10 yrs ago but didn't really have the money for it - I decided now to get a used camera first to learn and practice on, upgrading when I need to.. Picked up a 450D w/ the 55-250mm kit lens - another lens is right up the top of the list but this is enough to get started :)

My main interest is in wildlife and nature - looking forward to learning a lot here.

I've been snapping away since I got it yesterday, but still need a cable to get the pics off it :P Had rainbows, an orange sunset, horses and a heron on the drive home from work today - it's fun having a camera :)

No card reader :S But that looks like a plan. Just need a day off work, won't be long :)

^ we only use a laptop :o that has an internal card reader. Every couple of weeks back up to external hard drive. :o again for some.
