I am no expert but I will give it a go Mike. :D
Great images BTW seeing we cannot cc these I guess I can write that

#1 is a Bush Orb Weaver - Araneus eburnus
#2 is a Silver Orb Spider - Leucauge granulata (L. dromedaria)
