Have just been given the above lighting kit, I need to know what are the best bulbs to buy for it and do I have to use a certain type ? I got the full kit that some one had shoved in the back of their shed ...... I have never used lighting stuff before so am very excited, but I need to get bulbs any help would be appreciated

These are the lamp (bulb) options available to you:

ECA, ECT, FL26, FL55, JT120V-150, JT120V-250

Do you know anywhere in melbourne I can get them from......sorry to be a pest but want to make sure I get the right ones, and also I don't do the whole credit card thing or pay pal so really need to buy local
